Marble floor - polish, or grind and polish

My marble living room floor has not been thoroughly cleaned for years, and

there are stains which l think (I am not sure) are actual stains, not

natural veining. No cleaner I've tried gets them out, however.

Polish for stains if is sealed at all, grind is only for

scratch is that go deep in the stone. a bufffer may be required to strip

the wax sealer off then seal and wax the floors

polish will be enough great polish and cleaner is called Alex

white with black veins ,fab stuff brings up like new ask at your B&Q or

a polish should be enough but if they were to grind and polish  
kitty
they would grind with water there for keeping dust to a minimum
